Newark Neighbours Christmas Food Hamper & Gift Program

The community continues to reach out to see what help can be provided to make someones Christmas a little brighter.. here's a list of requirements:

Food Hamper:

​

  • Stuffing mix (boxed) – any kind or flavour

  • Canned cranberry sauce

  • Canned gravy – turkey or chicken

  • Canned green beans

  • Canned corn

  • Apple juice (bottles)

  • Cake mix – any kind

  • Cookies – any kind

  • Candy – any kind

 

Christmas Gift Suggestions:

​

  • Children’s Books (learn to read or any ages, Harry Potter)

  • Children’s craft supplies

  • Socks, mittens, hats, gloves, scarves, pajamas – all sizes - 12 months to 16 years

  • Adult woman or men gloves, scarves, socks

  • Christmas themed napkins, hand towels, small decorations

  • Christmas treats (chocolates, gingerbread house kits, cookies, sugar free candy)

  • Gift cards from Walmart, Pen Centre, Old Navy, Mastermind, McDonald’s, Winners

The deadline for drop-offs is Monday, December 14th @ 1:00 p.m.

WHEN: Saturday, December 12, 10 AM to 12 PM

WHERE: Curb-side at St Andrews Presbyterian Church 323 Simcoe Street, NOTL

 

Please join the line of cars, and our Elves will deliver to your car at a safe distance.

 

WHAT: Boxes of assorted Christmas cookies.

COST: $20 per box (Approx. 1lb)

PAYMENT: Exact change only, please
